Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker, SAP and Google Cloud.We're looking for a **Fabric Support Capability Lead - Intelligence Layer****Location: Mexico- remote****Job Responsabilities**- **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred**:- **8 years + Support Management experience, good communication skills with a technical background & insight into ITIL processes specifically change & release management in an agile environment**:- **Extensive relevant experience in either an internal or external support engineering role, or similar, with highly advanced technical knowledge in assigned specialism**:- **Exceptional experience in customer facing roles**:- **Extensive managed service experience with modern technology understanding including cloud service, virtual networks/systems**:- **Considerable experience working virtually in a globally-dispersed team**:- **Considerable project management, financial management, supplier management, and stakeholder management experience in an engineering / support environment**:- **Proven experience adhering to strategic operational plans and translating them into actionable roadmaps****Ideally, you'll also have**- **Experience working with ServiceNow or similar tool.**:- **Experience working Agile/Scrum environment preferred.**:- **Experience working in Dev Ops organizations preferred.**:- **Experience in a professional services industry preferred.**:- **Experience working in TFS and TFS Release Management is preferred.**:- **Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2).**:- **Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous****What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs by techmahindra what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
