Dynamic role with responsibility for team management and client engagement with a lead role for client escalations within operations. Can be cross country or assigned to only one country of expertise. Opportunity to learn additional payroll countries.Essential Functions:- Ensure that all process are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts- Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels- Responsible for client satisfaction- Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metric to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements- Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with client- Manage change request both internally and with client- Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities- Build relationship commitment with other areasRequired Education and Experience:- BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leadership role. Knowledge of Mexico payroll legislation/taxation is required.- Advanced English (reading/speaking) required- Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience.- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages is required- Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven- Strong organization skills with attention to detail, laser focused approach on delivery of results is required- Proven ability to take a complex business requirement and break it down into operational solutions is required- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills are required- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is required- Experience in Inhouse, Outsourced and Co-sourced payroll service delivery models is preferred**Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**Alight believes **diversity** **should be visible, valued, and sustained **throughout the organization.
