We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.The NG Inside Sales Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our insurance offerings, generating new leads, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.- Nurture leads through regular contact and provide relevant information about our insurance products.- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.- Maintain accurate records of lead activities and interactions in the CRM system.- Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s target customer profile.**Education**:- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**:- 0-2 years experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job does not have supervisory duties.**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
