Telco & Partner Analyst

The Telco & Partner Analyst will be responsible for Managing and reconciling the Telco and partner connections, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This role will collaborate closely with the Connected Services, Telco Churn, Supply Chain, Finance teams, to develop and uphold best practices that drive efficiency and excellence in execution.**Key Responsibilities.**- The Telco & Partner Analyst will be responsible for:- Extracting data from various systems on a weekly and monthly basis for SIM cost management purposes.- Reconciling SIMs and associated costs to internal systems, and producing detailed analysis as required for cost control and allocation purposes.- Extracting data and reconciling and producing invoices for Connected Services partner providers.- Producing weekly Connected Services Reports.- Undertaking ad hoc data and cost analysis, as required.- Analysing and reconciling Partner invoice charges to customers on a regular cadence for cost control purposes.- Extracting and analysing data using SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel for use in the month end process.- Working to improve and automate data extraction, analysis, and distribution.- Working with multiple teams to achieve cost control goals.- Writing and maintaining Microsoft Access automation and databases.- Producing metrics as required for Daily Management.**WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)**- Fluent in English required.- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.- Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and building successful working relationships.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams.- A strong desire to learn and develop.- Strong SQL skills.- Advanced MS Access and Excel skills.- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage.- Ability to creatively problem solve.- Ability to pull data from disparate systems, find common points of reference, and produce reconciliations.- Data Analyst.**WHO IS TELETRAC NAVMAN**Teletrac Navman’s goal is to empower the industries that transform and sustain our futures with simple and intelligent solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of their operation.
