**Senior Controller****About Trilled Partners****Key Responsibilities**1. Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.- Manage the month-end and year-end close process across multiple business units.- Lead external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.2. M&A Financial Integration & Standardization- Develop and implement financial controls and reporting structures for newly acquired entities.- Ensure consistent accounting policies and procedures across all operating businesses.- Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration.- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities across acquisitions.3. FP&A and Strategic Decision Support- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.- Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow, and working capital to provide insights for leadership.- Support board and investor reporting by preparing financial packages and presentations.4. Internal Controls & Compliance- Establish internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, banking requirements, and lending agreements.- Optimize operational efficiencies in billing, collections, and procurement processes.5. ERP & Systems Optimization- Lead the evaluation and implementation of an ERP system to integrate financial data across multiple entities.- Automate financial reporting, expense management, and account reconciliation.- Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance data accuracy and visibility.6. Leadership & Team Development- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, including regional controllers.- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Provide training and professional development opportunities for finance staff.**Qualifications & Experience**Education- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).- CPA or MBA (strongly preferred).Experience- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Experience in a multi-location service business or rollup environment (home services, healthcare, franchising, etc.).- Strong background in M&A, financial integration, and process standardization.- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.**Skills**:- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, or similar).- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.**Compensation and Benefits**- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.- Performance-based bonuses.- Opportunities for performance based bonuses may be available.- Home office flexibility.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Continuous training and professional development opportunities.- Stable employment with a USA-based company.- Paid time off to maintain work-life balance.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Experience**:- accounting and finance: 10 years (required)- in a leadership role: 5 years (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: RemoteApplication Deadline: 24/02/2025
