Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Business Excellence Leader _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager Business Excellence Leader role involves_ Responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization, coaching and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.What a typical day looks like:- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._- _ Responsible to eliminate waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at_ reducing/eliminating_ non-value-added activities in the process._- _ Drive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the agreed timelines._- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._- _ Conduct lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._- _ Perform assessment of LMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._- _ Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._- _ For assigned special_ project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean_- _ Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days). Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Business Excellence in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with personal _engagement- _ Experience with lean and six sigma activities_- _ Experience with Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)_- _ Knowledge in CIMT, IKW, EKW_- _ Fluent English_- _ Lean Manufacturing certification is also a plus_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryOperational Excellence
