Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryPara apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos incorporar a un Business Excellence Leader, ubicado en Guadalajara, Site Sur.El rol de Business Excellence Leader implica estar a cargo de impulsar continuamente una cultura de excelencia en la organización y permitir actividades de eliminación de desperdicios utilizando enfoques y herramientas lean y six sigma y guiando las acciones hacia una conclusión sostenible.Cómo es un día típico- Trabajar como agente de cambio e impulsar las actividades lean y six sigma definidas en GBE A3.- Aplicar y desplegar los valores de Flex Lean Enterprise en toda la organización.- Responsable de presentar iniciativas de ahorro y crear valor reduciendo la variación en los procesos para lograr resultados sostenibles en toda la organización y el segmento.- Utilizar técnicas de Mejora Continua (Kaizen), iniciar mejoras de procesos, reducciones de tiempos de ciclo, reducciones de costes y otras actividades destinadas a reducir/eliminar actividades sin valor añadido en el proceso.- Crear y validar procesos/normas basadas en el trabajo estándar y los BP.- Identificar, impulsar y yokoten proyectos kaizen basados en las mejores prácticas dentro de los plazos acordados.- Participación ágil en la selección y ejecución de proyectos lean y six sigma.- Facilitar las actividades de Transformación de Mejora Continua a través de Kaizen, talleres y Actividades de Grupos Pequeños.- Comprender y utilizar el portal Center point como repositorio para permitir la investigación de datos y la eficiencia en el ahorro de costes.- Conseguir la formación y certificación Industrial, Lean & Six sigma para convertirse en un experto en la materia en la organización.Experiência que buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo:- Licenciatura o Ingeniería completa.- Experiência como Business Excellence Leader o puesto similar.- Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing.- Experiência en Autocad.- Experiência en diseños de estaciones de trabajo y ergonomía.- El idioma inglés sería un plus- Uso de paquete Office.- Manejo de personal.- Trabajo en equipo.Lo que recibirás por tu excelente trabajo:- Salario Competitivo.- Seguro de Vida y de Gastos médicos Mayores.- Aguinaldo superior.- Vales de despensa.- Fondo de Ahorro.YG20Job CategoryOperational Excellence**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
