General information- Country- Mexico- City- Mexico City- Department- Development- Job ID- 37571- Description & RequirementsThe Operations Data Analyst uses data to drive the creation of analytic content that supports business initiatives of the Customer Success team; including providing insights into the efficacy of programs and processes, ensuring alignment to goals/KPIs, tracking progression towards those goals, and leveraging the completed analytic content to identify areas of success and insights for the business. This is done by developing operational knowledge of data and systems and forming productive internal partnerships throughout the organization to ensure project success. The Operations Data Analyst will also promote a culture of continuous improvement in analytics and operational processes.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:- Deliver actionable analytic content suitable for executive use.- Partner with business sponsors to define requirements.- Lead the design, development, testing and release efforts for new dashboards and enhancements to existing dashboards.- Ensure adherence to defined standard process and formats for data and visualization.- Leverage company-standard tools (including Jira) to provide visibility to progression of projects.- Understand existing reports and ad-hoc queries to produce analytics that deliver on customer needs while also increasing operational efficiencies.Basic Qualifications:- Experience executing cross-functional analytical projects in a business setting.- Communication and interpersonal skills.- Understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies.- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g., charts, lookups, pivoting, data cleaning).- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.- Experience with dashboard design and development.- Familiar with business metrics used in operations and technology companies.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficiency in data visualization skills including dashboard development using Business. Intelligence reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI (e.g., DAX, Power Query), Domo, or similar tools.- Experience with Microsoft SQL, R, or Python.- Experience using inferential statistics (e.g., regression, mean tests) in a business setting.- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
