We operate globally, employ over 2,500 employees, and represent a $1.2BN (and growing) business.**Job Purpose**:Analizar los procesos de manufactura de los diferentes productos fabricados en la planta, con el objetivo de hacer la operación de los procesos mas eficiente y conseguir el cumplimiento con las especificaciones de proceso y producto.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinar la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos en las diferentes áreas dentro de la organización.- Asegurarse que las transferencias de productos en su etapa piloto sean manufacturables a una escala comercial.- Analizar procesos existentes, procedimientos operativos y maquinaria y equipo, con el objeto de proponer mejoras para reducir tiempo de procesamiento y costo.- Desarrollar planes de pruebas de desempeño y tomar acciones para optimizar el grado de control sobre las variables críticas del proceso, tales como temperatura, presión, tiempo de mezclado, velocidad de extrusión, velocidad de mezclado, etc.- Implementa las directivas del grupo de Ingeniería Global enfocadas a la mejora del proceso de manufactura, con el objeto de reducir la variación en el proceso y asegurar un óptimo desempeño de los productos manufacturados por Alpha México.- Desarrolla proyectos de mejora utilizando técnicas de Six Sigma.**Requirements**:- Ingeniería Química o afín.- 3-4 años de experiência como process engineer- Inglés fluido.**Disclaimer: EEO**:Element Solutions Inc group of companies are E-Verify Companies and provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in job applicant procedures.
