Our success starts with hiring the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to strategize, analyze, design, engineer, and market for some of the world’s biggest brands.We are growing our Client Service team and are looking for a skilled, experienced **Senior Account Director** in the Mexico City market. This person will build relationships while encouraging reliance on our products and services, ensuring client satisfaction, growing accounts and opportunities, and improving client retention.**This role is required to be on-site with our client in Mexico City, 1+ day/week.****Roles and Responsibilities**- Protect and grow client accounts; act as the key liaison between Bounteous and the client- Develop and manage a strategic account management plan that establishes multi-threaded relationships, identify and mitigate threats, uncover opportunities, and raise our strategic role within the client’s business model- Contribute to business growth, including pitching, closing, and negotiating contracts- Intimately understand the client’s brand and objectives- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships; effectively communicate additional agency capabilities and offerings to grow scope of business- Articulate and hold the full-range of client leaders’ concerns; serve as a true partner- Lead new Statement of Work kickoffs and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systems, including finance, legal, design, and development- Facilitate and execute proper customer contracts and agreements- Assure proper collections by review and reconciliation- Benchmark state-of-the-art practices and influence profit and service improvements- Direct the client and team towards the best solutions- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process- Participate in key planning milestones; act as a guide to the design and development teams from initiation through execution and completion- Develop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to illustrate high-level results and trends- Provide clients with relevant and actionable reporting, analytics, and consultation**Preferred Qualifications**- 7+ years of client service, digital marketing, digital/analytics sales, or account management experience- **Bilingual in English and Spanish**:- Proven ability to grow revenue and capabilities over the course of a client relationship- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based off their goals- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong listening, presentation skills, negotiation skills- Keen attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple projects at once- **Ability to be on-site with our client in Mexico City, 1+ day/week**:- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred**Salary**: $12,087.45 - $26,472.13 per monthWork Location: Remote
