H H. useful, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates- Boards- APU Staff Board- Gather Improvement Ideas 5’s- Assistance to the corresponding TIER- Preparation of daily memo to report requirements and action plans- Management of KPI's- Understanding of KPIs- Shipping every Thursday before shift end- Presenteeism- Rotation- Incidents- Application- Justification- Improvement proposal- Reports- HC Updated- Rotation- Absenteeism**Payroll**- Maintain employee records and files in electronic or paper format- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations- Payroll- Documentation of payroll omissions- Daily capture - every Friday before 12pm you must already have 85% progress**Employees**- Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives- Support and coordination in the recruitment and talent acquisition processes- Offer solutions to employees on various HR-related topics. HH., such as permissions and compensation, and solve any problems that may arise- Promote HR programs. (Response time: Same day)- Delivery of bank cards (validate)- Job letters- Media involvement.- Support to the communications area for:- Dissemination of information in meetings- Placement of announcements on boardsClarifications to the staff in doubts of communications**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- 3+ years of HR experience- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation, relationship building and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, solve problems independently, and manage competing demands- Familiarity and ability to appropriately interpret HR policies, procedures, and practice- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.- MS Office experience required- Excellent ver
