Business Analyst - M&A Integration management Office, HPE Storage BUThis role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.The HPE Storage Business Unit (BU) is hiring a **“Business Analyst - M&A Integration Management Office (IMO)” **role to support current and future Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Integration work that align with HPE’s acquisition strategy. This role will report to the HPE Storage BU’s “Integration Lead (Director), and sit within the Storage BU’s IMO. Once an acquisition has been approved, the IMO is responsible for all operational and process management support that is required when integrating an acquired company into the HPE Storage BU.**How you´ll make your mark**- Working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of an integration are completed on time and within budget (15+ separate functional workstreams)- Collecting information from across the current and acquired organizations, and working with senior executives to close decisions for the development of integration roadmaps- Designing successful change management strategies to be implemented across HPE as well as the acquired company- Defining and revising standard M&A methodologies and integration processes- Providing M&A teams, including senior leaders and external stakeholders, with regular communications regarding integration program status, outstanding issues and necessary next steps- Provides process and policy advice during the M&A processThe IMO Business Analyst will primarily support the HPE Storage BU Integration Lead (Director) for integration activities within the IMO. Examples of typical activities of this role include:- Building and maintaining databases and trackers (typically in Excel)- Building PowerPoint slide deck templates and/or Excel templates to be used by the individual, functional integration workstreams- Building PowerPoint slide decks to be used for executive presentations- Ensuring the IMO is prepared to conduct effective meetings (ensuring stakeholder availability and attendance, preparing content, scheduling/calendaring)- Maintaining overall integration program status dashboard(s)- Following up with individual stakeholders on status of action items / tasks to obtain status, next steps, and timing- Capturing notes, action items, risks, etc. during integration-related meetings- Running / leading a daily IMO-internal sync meeting- Helping to set and maintain daily work priorities for the IMOTo be considered for this Integration Business Analyst role, you should be capable of:- Serving as the point of contact for all integration activities including large and complex acquisitions- Effectively coordinating across all integration workstreams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, human resources, etc.) to ensure all activities are properly aligned and coordinated- Driving the development and execution of integration plans by working with various team to define activity sequence, estimate duration and determine schedules- Identifying and clearly articulating risks and developing strategic solutions for critical issues uncovered during the integration process- Holding the IMO accountable to ensure effective and timely integration activities- Demonstrating expert knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, to include exceptional organizational and time management skills- Demonstrating effective, executive-level communication skills, both verbal and written (e.g., know your audience and what they care about, know how to highlight key points that can be consumed quickly; clear, concise communication that can be digested quickly)- Demonstrating an extreme level of attention to detail (i.e., detail-oriented and organized)- Demonstrating an ability to work under pressure and time constraints (e.g., effective prioritization, etc.)- Ability to facilitate and influence conversations with stakeholders- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups of people**About you**- Microsoft Excel:- Manipulating (cleaning and organizing) raw data- Building pivot tables and charts/graphs- Ability to build macros- Experience connecting multiple Excel workbooks stored in various locations- Microsoft PowerPoint: Experience creating Executive-level presentations- Microsoft Outlook- Microsoft Teams- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Business or Finance degree preferred)- Project management experience, or previous consulting experience- Minimum of one (1) year of professional, post-degree work experience**_ Preferred Qualifications:_**- PMP Certification- Microsoft Office Certifications- Previous experience managing large, transformational projects and in facilitating change that requires collaboration with senior-level stakeholders**We offer**:- A competitive salary and extensive soc
