**About Good Better**At Good Better, we create products and brands for different markets, from gadgets to robots and digital platforms. We are a multidisciplinary team with knowledge in design, engineering, administration, and marketing. We are looking for the next right person to help us expand our marketing tools.**What will you do at Good Better?**You will be in charge of our customer communication. We are working with different crowdfunding campaigns so that you will post regular updates about the production process of our projects. You will create written and visual content that clearly communicates the stage of each project and resolve customers’ questions. You will be in direct communication with the project manager to understand the stage of each project and foresight the next steps to create a plan for the next marketing releases.**What are we looking for?**- A background in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.- Ability to abstract information from customers to decide the updates’ mood.- Strong research skills to understand new topics and communicate them.**Is a plus if**- You have experience in customer support (English)- You have experience in community management**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From $7,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
