Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of HR Professionals, including managing workload, balancing priorities, and ensuring deliverables are on time and with quality in accordance with applicable laws and workplace policies Champion projects that support key HR & COE’s objectives in function and countryPartner with People Leaders in driving GM culture, promoting positive employee experiences, and improving employee engagementProvide development to People HR and Business HR partnersParticipate in HRM and Talent Forum discussions within HR FunctionTogether with COE representation, ensure that local policies, procedures, legislations and regulations are administered appropriately in accordance with country and functional directionCascade company-wide communications and announcements. Provide country-wide and regional communications on HR initiatives, process changes, and improvements that impact all employeesEnsure appropriate support to the business in regard Human Capital Plans implementation.Support enterprise-initiatives, including Talent Spotting, Workplace of Choice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and compensation programs.Support processes on employee life cycle from hire to exit.Guide, support, and train People HR partners to deliver great Employee Experience.Provide guidance on day-to-day issues for People and Business HR partnersFunction as escalation point of contact for uncommon or exceptional employee issues.Partner with Legal and Government to maintain in-depth knowledge of employment requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Desirable in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related careerMaster Degree desirableEnglish: Fluent Oral and WrittenDesirable 10 years of experience in the areas of Labor Relations, Personnel Management, Management Operations, Engineering, Materials, Finance or RelatedThis position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
