Location: Polanco, Mexico CityWork modality: On-site with 2 days of remote work per week, **CDMX Polanco**Reports to: Deputy Country Manager (CDMX)Role type: Operational and client-facingLanguage requirement: Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written, for reporting and calls)Key Responsibilities:- Operate and oversee payroll processes for multiple clients in Mexico- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations- Perform payroll calculations in BIPO’s local payroll system, including taxes, benefits, savings funds, etc.- Deliver services and reports directly to clients- Manage client onboarding processes- Maintain daily communication with clients- Propose operational improvements and automation initiatives- Meet defined KPIs and SLAsOther information about client:BIPO Mexico’s team is small (currently 4 people; this will be the fifth hire).- Looking for someone extremely organized, urgent, accountable, and able to multitask under pressure.- The person must handle direct communication with clients and also run payroll calculations.- Will initially handle 1-5 client accounts, potentially growing to 10.- No industry limitation for client accounts.- English is required for both written and spoken communication with clients and global team.- Previous hire failed because they focused only on client interaction and avoided payroll operations.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
