**About Us**:YPM (Your Practice Mastered) helps law firm owners grow and manage their firms by providing business coaching, training, and marketing support. We work with attorneys to help them transition into CEO roles, improve their operations, and scale their businesses. Our content is distributed across multiple channels, including podcasts, YouTube, and social media. We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team to enhance our brand's visual identity and engage our audience across all platforms.**This is a fully bilingual and HYBRID position.**If you are interested, send your resume in English today. We can schedule an interview right away**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and flyers to promote events and services.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy.- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by following brand guidelines.- Support event marketing efforts with promotional designs, banners, and signage.- Assist in developing templates for internal use, such as branded documents and reports.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep YPM’s visuals fresh and engaging.- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to create cohesive campaigns.**Required Skills & Qualifications**:- Deadline focused/setting and reaching deadlines and communicating when deadlines are going to be missed is a vital set of skills to work for our company- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or content creation.- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with digital and print design.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.- Experience creating social media graphics and YouTube thumbnails.- Understanding branding principles and marketing best practices.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.- Familiarity with video editing tools (optional but a plus).**Perks & Benefits**:- Remote work flexibility with the option to collaborate in person at events.- Competitive salary based on experience- Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that support law firm owners.- Access to professional development opportunities and resources.- Creative freedom to bring fresh ideas to the table.**What we Offer**:- Base Salary from 18,000.00 to 20,000.00 pesos monthly.- Work is from Monday to Friday.- All law benefits.- Excellent growth opportunities.- Referral program: $5,000.00 pesos BONUS.- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with one 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.- 100% paid and effective training.Please have these documents ready to speed your process: RFC (Constancia Fiscal 2024), Proof of address, Valid ID, CURP Y NSS (No. IMSS).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidosTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 44600, Guadalajara, Jal.
