By living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success.At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do.CustomerWe focus on our customers’ successInnovationWe create better solutionsCollaborationWe create success togetherInclusionWe always interact with others respectfullyCandorWe are open and honest with one anotherIntegrityWe do the right things and do things rightAccountabilities & Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in accounts payable processes, systems, and best practices.- Conduct training sessions, and workshops to educate team members on accounts payable processes and best practices.- Assist in the development and review of project documentation, training content, and manuals related to accounts payable.- Act as resource for another team members.- Processes and post vendor invoices as needed.- Provide resolution to escalation that are atypical based on department procedures.- Ability to work with some degree of supervision.- Communicates daily with vendors, and plant personnel to resolve receiving, price, and purchase order issues.- Clerical functions, including collecting and distributing mail, mailing check payments in both courier services and USPS.- Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems,- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.- Performs other duties as required.Education & Experience:- Minimum Education: High school diploma or relevant AP experience. An AAS in Accounting or a two-year degree in Accounting or a related business field is preferred.- Minimum Experience: 3+ account payable preferred.Knowledge & Skills:- Specialized Knowledge: Accounts Payable processing knowledge; requires advanced computer knowledge to navigate accounting systems.System Experience:- Oracle, SAP preferred or other large ERP software.- AP automation software, Esker, Jaggaer, VIM Analytics, OpenText.- Intermediate Excel, and OutlookU.S. Applicants: Equal Opportunity Employer.
