**Overview**: At Heirloom Property Management, we provide full service property management for single family and smaller multi-family properties located in the Duluth, MN area. We have a dedicated maintenance team who maintain our properties day in and day out. This team always has a lot of work to do, and we need your help to create and maintain an efficient and effective schedule We are currently hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to keep the technicians scheduled each day, ensure emergencies are addressed immediately, and monitor the flow of incoming work orders to ensure we are producing work quickly but also not running out of work

**Remote Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities**: As the Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator for Heirloom Property Management, you are responsible to schedule our technicians for work orders. Your duties will include:

- Reviewing any new work orders for priority triage.
- Building the daily schedule, at least two days in advance.
- Scheduling each tech based on skill and expertise.
- Monitoring new work orders for emergencies and dispatching a tech immediately.
- Reviewing the schedule after the day is complete to ensure all work was completed and rescheduling work orders as needed.
- Documenting any special requests, unique situations, or tenant requests in work orders.
- Notifying tenants of the schedule and working with them on questions or concerns.
- Working with the Maintenance Manager to ensure there is enough work to keep the schedule full, but also not let work orders sit for too long before being completed.

**Remote Scheduling Coordinator**Key Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, maintenance, basic qualities of a home, and common maintenance/construction terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; in English is a requirement.
- Ability to independently resolve issues as they arise.
- Team player with the ability to lead a team and work independently without direct supervision.

**Remote Scheduling Coordinator**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Must have and maintain the use of a secure WiFi connection.
- Must have and maintain the use of a working headset, computer, and WiFi-enabled cellphone for work-related communication.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity while meeting desired metrics as assigned by supervisor.
- Physical Requirement: Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day with breaks.
- Must be fluent in writing and speaking in English language.

**Remote Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator: Position Overview**

**S**chedule**: M-F approx 8am - 4pm CST, with some flexibility

**Employment Type**: Subcontractor, 40 hours per week; 1952 Hours per year contract

**Compensation**: $20,000 MXN per month, paid weekly as $4,616 MXN per week (weekly on Fridays via direct deposit)
