TasksLead and coordinate quality team, identifying different needs as training, soft and hard skills to ensure high impact group.To establish different strategies, rules, procedures and priorities to ensure quality compliance with each customerrequirements, guidelines described in internationalstandards such as IATF 16949 and VDA and conformity of standards for new product launch defined by the Continental PLC.Enhance problem solving culture amongmultidisciplinary teams for the monitoring, improvementand control of customer complaints or internal issue found during DV & PV phases.First Customer escalation interface within Continental on quality topics to align, negotiate and agree different measures.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree: Electronic, Mechatronic (or similar)Engineering.- Experience Inside Automotive industry- Experience leading people (3 years)- Certified as Internal Auditor, preferred in IATF or VDA- Experience inside different areas / departments- Advanced problem solving knowledge (Green or Black belt preferred).- Experience working with multi cultural teams / customers- English level: C1 (or equivalent).- MS Office advanced knowledge (Power BI preferred).About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
