**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Senior Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).**Responsibilities**:- Participate and represent QA in Project Kick-off Meeting- Provide weekly testing status report- Collect key performance indicator (KPI) information and provide to leadership weekly- Develop Test Plan/Test Strategy- Provide QA Testing Timeline/Estimates- Ability to take consultative approach to understand requirements- Strong communication, proactive and a do-er- Test Case/Test Script/ Review- Maintain Quality Gates- Coordination of automation and performance testing, if applicable, with results presented to business owner and project team- Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) Bug and Test Management)- Defect Triage (Bug management, meetings, and reporting)- ** Health Care experience is must**:- FACETS experience is a plus- Tools - Azure Devops, SQL, Service now, SSIS, Biztalk, APIM- Experience with testing microsoft tools upgrades and migrations.- Proven experience managing projects with remote teams.
