Make it your story.**Your role and responsibilities**In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive specification activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.The work model for the role is: #L-hybridThis role is contributing to the ABBs growth in the Data Center, Telecomm & Baknking segments in Mexico. Main stakeholders are our segment sales partners and End Users.You will be mainly accountable for:- Implementing proactive promotional and specification activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.- Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.- Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.**Qualifications for the role**- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering. Additional training or specialization in Data Center infrastructure is highly valued.- Proven knowledge of **Data Center infrastructure**, particularly in **power distribution systems and electrical supply continuity.**:- Understanding of **electrical distribution systems** within **intelligent buildings**, with focus on **automation from an electrical perspective** and in **on-site operation within Data Centers** or direct collaboration with their infrastructure teams.- Familiarity with **Data Center and Banking facility specifications**, with focus on electrical and critical systems.- Relevant certifications in **Data Center design, operation, or infrastructure** (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942, BICSI, CDCP, CDCS, etc.).- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and **AutoCAD Electrical** for technical drawings and schematics and experience using **Salesforce** for opportunity and customer relationship management.- ** Advanced English** - capable of conducting technical discussions and presentations with international stakeholders.**More about us**ABB Mexico, Electrification, Smart Buildings / Smart PowerPES (Pre-employment screening) will be required for this position
