Join us and help shape the future of connectivity together.The Integration Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving system and process integrations across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between Operations and Development, ensuring seamless alignment of business processes, technical integrations, and service delivery.Key responsibilities include:- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of integration platforms and middleware- Manage integration-related incidents, problems, and service requests- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy new integrations- Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions- Lead testing and validation processes for integration changes- Act as liaison between Operations, Development, and Business stakeholders- Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and governance- Contribute to enterprise architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and resilience- Manage integration roadmaps, aligning them with business and IT strategies- Provide training and knowledge sharing for operations and support teams**Qualifications and Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, system integration, or software development- Excellent communication skills in English (Both written and verbal)- Strong understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, middleware, ESB, iPaaS, EDI) and modern integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, message queues)- Proven experience in managing both operational support and integration development projects- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills- Experience with operations and development methodologies (ITIL, Agile, DevOps)- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vendor management**Benefits**:- Upper law benefits.- Grocery vouchers.- Weekly payment.**Interested?**:People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.Laura Andrade
