This role involves close collaboration with demand planning, manufacturing, BU Supply Chain, Deployment, Materials and CS&L teams to deliver business objectives via robust production plans. The Supply Planner will monitor performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve supply issues to maintain continuity and support business growth. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.**Key Responsibilities**- Build and maintain supply plans that meet Customer Service (OTIF, Fill Rate), Inventory (DOS, Safety Stock, SLOB), and Cost targets for Mexico and markets supplied by the Mexico plants- Monitor weekly performance and refine supply plans to deliver business objectives- Convert consensus demand into a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned to capacity, labor, and material constraints.- Prepare liquid plans (Tequila) that support the bottling requirements to deliver business objectives- Support LTF (long term forecasting) workstream to enable long term distillation and bottling requirements- Ensure master data integrity (MOQ, safety stock, lead times, Routings, BOM) to maximize planning system effectiveness- Run RCCP analysis; flag constraints proactively and propose mitigation plans such as, alternate lines, and pre-builds- Collaborate with the manufacturing team and prepare detailed finite schedule to sequence production for service and OEE; manage changeovers considering cost and agility.- Participate in S&OE meetings, provide supply outlook, risks register, and mitigation plans- Provide supply readiness inputs to Supply Review within S&OP; highlight decisions needed to deliver business objectives- Lead SLOB mitigation actions- Build launch readiness plans (capacity, run strategy); track milestones, escalate risks and share mitigation plans- Partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, BU Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to drive business objectives- Contribute to standard work, playbooks, and best-practice sharing within the Americas Supply Planning community. Operates with Continuous Improvement mindset**Key Relationships**- Supply Hub Planning Manager, Plant Director, Plant Operations, BU Supply Chain Leader, Finance, Demand, Deployment Planner, MRP Planner, Logistics Manager, Quality**Qualifications & Experiences**- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field- 3 - 6 years of experience in supply planning or related functions (production planning, materials planning) in CPG or food & beverage manufacturing (spirits experience a plus)- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, APO/IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA)- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred- Familiarity with S&OP/IBP processes and RCCP/MPS methodologies- APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work across plants and markets.- Bilingual (Spanish & English)**Work Model & Travel**- Hybrid (Mexico City) with periodic travel to plants and distribution centers (up to ~10-20%)**Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
