Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world**Responsibilities**:- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)- Maintains and updates the various HR systems- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experienceSpecified Years of Industry-relevant professional experienceRelevant certifications, system experience, and trainingProfessional-Level English language skills preferredCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
