Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Working with HR Management to ensure is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic Engineering Level.- 2 Years of Experience on assembly processes and managing hourly personnel.- Ability to manage personnel and technical skills to understand and follow electrical and mechanical drawings.- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma training.- Experience and/or knowledge in Production Planning at the shop floor level.- English Basic Level.**More about us**:
