As a Clinical Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.**The role**:As Clinical Associate you would be an integral part of the study team whilst acquiring clinical and corporate knowledge of clinical trial conduct. Provide administrative support to the Project Manager(s), Clinical Trial Manager(s) and/or sites, with emphasis on driving global inspection readiness.**Your profile**- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with study teams and clinical sites.- Advanced English level is a must.LI-ED1LI-Remote**What ICON can offer you**:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
