Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Representative (Flooring Products) The location:Mexico Remote work
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across assigned regions or accounts Promote and sell a full range of flooring and wall panel products, Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, contractors, and project-based customers Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing clients Provide product training and technical support to customers when needed Collect market intelligence, including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular performance updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction materials, or home improvement products Solid understanding of flooring products and applications (residential, commercial, or project-based sales) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively Willingness to travel as required Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
