**ABOUT THE COMPANY**Mundo Group is a United States-based fast-growing logistics services company and one of America's finest transportation and logistics providers. The company was started in 2017 and specialized in being a hotshot operator, managing tractor-trailers fleets, and providing logistics services to third-party owner-operators.**ROLE**We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making phone calls, closing deals, and building solid relationships with clients. You must have an advanced level of English and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills, as well as patience and professionalism in customer relations, are essential. You will also be required to learn quickly, adapt to market conditions, and not give up easily.**Responsibilities**:- Make phone calls and use persuasive techniques to close deals- Develop and implement digital strategies to acquire new leads- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention- Keep detailed records of calls, sign-ups, and important information in our CRM systemAttributes:- Organized with strong time management skills- Proficient in relevant digital tools, such as CRM software- Possess excellent verbal communication skills in English- Independent problem solver- Strong personality**Benefits**:- Commission-based compensation based on the gross earnings of your truck fleet- Performance-based bonuses- Fully remote, work-from-home position- Independence and flexibility based on resultsRecruiting Process:- Assessments- First interview- Second interview- Job offer**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
