The Solution Center Team supports the Enterprise to drive Customer Growth and Experience and the Distribution Channel business unit to make it easy for our Distribution partners to do business with TE. The organization consists of more than 400 employees who provide global service to both Customers and Distributors and drive growth for the organization.**What your background should look like**:**ACTIVIDADES**:- Brindar servicio, atención y experiências extraordinarias a nuestros clientes de las divisiones Appliance Argentina, Channel y/o Industrial según se requiera en cada región donde Solution Center Mexico de soporte.- Aprender y ejecutar las operaciones de Servicio a Clientes Entrelec para brindar apoyo como back-up según se requiera- Aplicar los procedimientos y políticas de TE en los requerimientos y comunicación con clientes (órdenes de compra y contratos, negociaciones, etc.) para incrementar los negocios y ganancias de las divisiones previamente referenciadas- Cotizar ítems según se requiera (precio estándar, precio por volumen, precio con escalas, precio MCP), previamente asegurarse que el ítem sea vendible y cotizable para el cliente en particular, así como su status de venta (usar la plataforma CPR y/o apoyo de Corporate Coding)- Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones y en particular dar seguimiento a los requerimientos MCP, a manera de lograr que se concrete la venta y el consumo total de éste último dentro del año fiscal que corresponda.- Ingresar pedidos de clientes en SAP/AS400 (AMPICS) previamente verificando que las informaciones en el pedido-cliente estén correctas en el documento recibido por parte del cliente (E-mail, Word, PDF, Portal de Cliente)- Confirmación de pedidos e informar a Clientes las posibles fechas de entrega**REQUIREMIENTOS**:- Escolaridad: Licenciado en Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, y/o carrera a fin del sector Logistico- Experiência profesional: Mas de 2 años como Servicio a Clientes en la Industria a fin a TE Connectivity- Conocimientos: Conocimiento general comercialización y distribución de productos, logística, incoterms y servicio al cliente.- Valores y comportamientos claves: Proactividad, actitud de servicio, capacidad de negociación, manejo y análisis de situaciones críticas.- Idiomas: inglés +80% (requerido), Portugués (deseable)- Software o sistemas: ERPs SAP y/o AS400, Salesforce, Office (Excel intermedio (formulas, tablas dinamicas))**Competencies**:- Building Effective Teams- Managing and Measuring Work- Motivating Others- SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
