The Key Account Manager is responsible for the independent sector and high street retailers. The purpose of the Key Account Manager is driving profitable growth in line with company objectives. You will liaise with the wider Jazwares team, including National Accounts Team, logistics, finance & brand, and marketing teams. You will be expected to come up with ideas on how to streamline and innovate the workload**What You Will Do**:- Primary point of contact for the independent sector and smaller national accounts- Working with retailers to maximize existing retail listings for existing brands- Working withthe Sales Manager to increase listings on new brands- Primary point of contact for National Sales Agents- Weekly communication with National Sales Agents, ensuring that they receive updated price lists and answer queries regarding stock- Working with marketing and brand teams to ensure that the sales agents receive decks/sales materials along with samples for new products- Processing new setup requests from independent customers- Working with the procurement and Sales team members to ensure that volumes are placed for Indie accounts- Attending industry events- Strategically build a sustainable commercial plan- Weekly reporting summary- Build on strong customer relationships and deliver sustainable growth- Sales support on other national accounts as required- Work collaboratively with European teams- Other duties as assigned**Manages People**:No**What We Are Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail.- Process and results-driven.- Methodical approach to daily tasks.- Confident in working autonomously/independently to meet changing deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; with the ability to build positive productive relationships.- Ability to manage projects across multiple departmental functions.- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.- Commercially and financially astute.- Team Player.- Lifelong learner and desire to grow within your role.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience in the toy/baby/costume/pet’s industry- Multilingual a plus**Working Conditions**- **Environment**: Office- **Extreme Exposures**:None- **Schedule**: Regular office- **Physical Requirements**:- Light; Lifting up to 25 lbs- Must be able to sit at desk for extended periods of time- **Travel Required**: Yes - Limited**Working at Jazwares**At Jazwares, we believe an innovative idea can come from anywhere and anyone.
