**Manager MI, Data and Process, Recruitment Canadá****(Based in Mexico)****Role** Purpose**To manage the relationships with global business stakeholders and HR teams for the respective portfolio. Engage and collaborate with the regional and in-country Resourcing Managers to ensure a two-way flow of information, building a strong partnership and global hiring community for respective portfolio. Accountable for collaborating with respective portfolio area to define global hiring plan to be shared with the regional and in-country resourcing teamsThe role holder represent resourcing deliverables, projects and MI in global business and HR forums, Ensuring optimum business experience and satisfaction.Develop HR Resourcing professionalism (expertise and knowledge) and commercial focus in the delivery of recruitment policy and practice as well as to manage the delivery of process and operational efficiencies, which are compliant with bank and legislative requirements, thereby enabling business areas to meet their resourcing strategy and hiring plans.**Main activities**:- Delivery of a proactive recruitment service, becoming an integral part of the respective portfolio areas success- Ensures full visibility or resourcing MI and deliveryEnsuring work is undertaken to identify and pipeline strong calibre applicants to support future business needs- Ensures the impact of policy decisions on recruitment are understood and mitigated- Vendor management- Ensure a compliant and efficient resourcing service in line with KPI timescales- Optimise working practice through the constant analysis and improvement to existing systems and process- Ensuring talent/diversity targets are tracked and progressed e.g. women represented on shortlists- Collaborate with Development teams to ensure policy is developed/enhanced as required**Requirements**:**Requrirements****Experience**- Excellent knowledge of the recruitment market- Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Experience of using Taleo (or other ATS) and knowledge of broader recruitment technology- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. proven track record of process and operational management is desirable but not essential- Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers- Experience with a track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long term risks and implications**Abilities**:- Understanding and experience of a global resourcing function.- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences- A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within theseHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
