**SUMMARY OF THE POSITION**Interpretacion de Dibujos, Ordenes de Trabajo, Router e Instrucciones de Ensamble para soldar componentes electronicos, ruteo de cables y reconfiguracion de PCBAsegurar la Calidad del Producto.**RESPONSABILITIES**Ejecutar el ensamble de los productos de acuerdo al Dibujo, Instruccion de Ensamble y Router.Firmar en el Router, cada Operación ejecutada e Inspeccionada.Responsanble de Inspeccion y Empaque del material terminado.Realizar el set up de la linea.Asegurar y usar equipo ESD para proteccion del ProductoRealizar cambios de Modelos en los equipos / maquinas.Realizar un analisis de primer nível (Básico) para determinar la causa raíz del problema.Realizar 5s en el area.Ejecutar Mantenimientos Autonomos y Preventivos.Identificar areas de Oportunidad.Mejoras en los procesos ya establecidos. (Kaizen y Poka Yokes).Instalar nuevas lineas de producción. Soporte a Ingenieria.Dar disposicion al material No Conforme.Dar disposicion al agua residual de la maquina Lavadora.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**Conocimiento en Neumatica.Conocimiento en PLCConocimiento en equipo de PruebasConocimiento en equipos de Medicion.Mantenimiento Autonomo y Preventivo.Carrera Ing. Electronica / Industrial, Tecnico en Electronica.Conocimiento en Computacion Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Ingles Básico. Indispensable.Conocimientos en Manufactura EsbeltaConocimientos en Soldadura para ensambles electronicos.Conocimiento en 5'sExperiência minimo 3 año en el area de Soldadura, Post y SMT area.Certificacion en Soldadura IPC 610 y J-STDConocimiento en ESDLeer y comprender Dibujos de Ensamble, BOM, Instrucciones de Ensamble y Router.Capacidad de operar equipos y herramientas.Analisis en Modos de Falla.Trabajo bajo Presion.Disponibilidad en HorariosConocimiento en Soldadura y Certificacion en IPC 610 (Aceptibilidad de ensambles electronicos) y J STD-001, Ensamble electricos y electrónicos soldados.Conocimiento en maquinas de lavado para PCB.Conocimiento en Hornos.Manejo de Herramienta manual (Pinzas, cortadoras, tweezer, desarmadores, llaves allen, taladro).Manejo de equipo para soldar manual.Manejo de equipos de extraccion de humo - est. de Soldadura.Manejo de quimicos.
