The GBS Americas will serve as a hub of innovation and excellence, driving our mission to deliver superior solutions and services to our valued customers.Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for corporate Travel and Purchasing card management primarily in Americas region as well as supporting ad-hoc group activities. Manages automated expense reporting process to ensure Company Policies and local requirements are respected and followed. Acts as a liaison (admin) between corporate credit card provider and the company.**Responsibilities**:- Administer corporate systems including Concur Expense Management, travel booking platforms (Egencia), and the Travel & Purchasing Card Program (HSBC).- Process weekly T&E reports in SAP and handle monthly reconciliations and uploading into Blackline, clearing of T&E GRNI and employee accounts in SAP.- Generate and distribute reports from Concur reporting system as requested, and support internal and external audits related to T&E and payments.- Maintain employee data across Concur, travel tools, and credit card systems, and support global credit line increases and card-related issues.- Update work instructions, coordinate travel policy and intranet page updates, and train team members for backup coverage.- Analyze performance issues, suggest corrective actions, and lead process improvement, automation, and ERP harmonization projects as SME.**Required skills and experience**:- 2 years of experience in the Travel & Expense function or a related field such as Finance or Data Analysis.- Hands-on experience with the Concur Expense Management system.- Proficient in SAP.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, visualization (charts, conditional formatting), formulas, pivot tables, and more.- Familiarity with banking platforms; experience with HSBC Smart Data and MiVision is a plus.- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic and evolving environment.- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.- Positive and professional attitude toward both internal and external stakeholders, with clear and constructive communication skills (verbal and written).- High attention to detail and accuracy; consistently adheres to company policies and procedures.- Collaborative team player who also works well independently.- Committed to continuous improvement, with a mindset geared toward efficiency and innovation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.- Advanced oral and written English skills.**We offer**:- We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
