Sales CoordinatorJulian Treviño Elizondo, Apodaca, NL 66633NLMON International StoreFull-Time Shift(s):MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:30 am-5:30 pmOVERVIEW:Working as Full-Time Sales Coordinator, you will be a part of a team dedicated to working with the Company's largest Commercial and Government customers. This team focuses on inside sales, contract administration, reporting requirements and overall customer service to our National Accounts Sales Teams customers and branch locations. The administration of these accounts is of critical importance and this role will consist of interacting with store personnel and National Accounts & Government sales personnel on a daily basis.RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:- Generating and formatting various monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports- Coordinating contract roll-out and contract setup- Researching National Account & Government customers to assist with account setup and prospecting- Looking for process efficiencies and other duties as assignedREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess a degree in Business/Marketing OR have 2 years of Business, Finance, or Administration work experience- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment- Work independently as well as in a team environment- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and EnglishABOUT US:Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with approximately 3,200 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
