Cepeda 8395, El Derramadero, Coah. MEX)Quick response to client incidents on-site to troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose and engage appropriate technical resources to resolve client issues.The incumbent operates independently to provide prompt and professional desktop service through quick processing and prioritization of various problems.Ensures the most complex customer issues are promptly addressed, documented and resolved in a timely and professional manner consistent with the highest customer service and professional/technical standards.Initiates tracking and reporting of issues, as well as recommends means for system improvement including procedural steps, increased training, and enhanced documentation.Rotate shifts periodically.**Job Requirements**- Intermediate English communication skill.- Well knowledge in PC, Laptop & cellphones management (add computers to AD Domains, profiles, etc.)- Experience in support MS Windows SO- Well knowledge in Office support (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).- Well knowledge in hardware (Desktop, LapTop) support- Basic knowledge in ITIL (recommended)- Well knowledge in TCP Networks- Experience in customer attention- Availability and excellent attitude**Learn more about us**At Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
