**Vacante para la empresa Adhara Soluciones Creativas S A de C V en Aeropuerto Internacional De Cancún - Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo**:**_ Buscamos tu talento, si te apasiona el servicio al cliente y quieres seguir practicando tu inglés, Esta es tu oportunidad_****_Labora dentro del Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún como Customer service assistant._****Requisitos**:- Bachillerato terminado o Lic. en Turismo o carrera afín (trunco o pasantes).- Inglés B2 conversacional fluido.- **Amplia disponibilidad de horario para rolar turnos.**- Experiência no necesaria, pero con excelente actitud y trato al cliente.- Documentación en regla y vigente (INE, cartas de recomendación, RFC 2025, etc.).**Funciones y responsabilidades**:Realizar la recepción de equipajes (bag drop).Atender a los pasajeros en el lobby para canalizarlos a las filas correspondientes.Apoyar en la entrega y verificar que los formatos de migración y aduana del pasajero se encuentren perfectamente llenados y requisitados.Dirigir a los pasajeros hacia migración.Acompañar a los clientes a la aduana para recoger su equipaje.Apoyar en el retiro de los pasajeros de las salas de última espera que no pudieron abordar.Realizar la apertura de las puertas del avión.Reportar cualquier incidencia a su jefe inmediato.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base mensual bruto $9,000.- Prestaciones de ley (seguro social desde el primer día -cotizando al 100% ante el IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacaciones y aguinaldo).- Prestaciones superiores:- Vales de despensa mensuales.- Bono de puntualidad y asistencia.- Fondo de ahorro de 4.17%- Apoyo de transporte- Uniformes sin costo**_Para agendar entrevista postúlate por este medio._****_No olvides adjuntar tu CV en formato PDF con datos completos_****Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Inicial**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Aerolíneas / Aviación**Habilidades**:- Apego a procesos- Trabajo en equipo- Escucha activa- Actitud de servicio- Responsabilidad y compromiso
