About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for U. S.-based clients across multiple industries. This role is ideal for a hands-on NetSuite generalist who can confidently manage full implementation lifecycles, partner closely with clients, and deliver scalable, well-architected NetSuite solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, owning requirements gathering, system design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support—while ensuring best practices, data integrity, and long-term system success.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation & Solution Design Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations , from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support. Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business processes and translate requirements into customized NetSuite solutions . Configure NetSuite across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with operational, financial, and reporting needs. Oversee system testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Client Partnership & Project Ownership Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation projects. Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding timelines, risks, scope, and deliverables. Train and guide client teams on effective use of NetSuite to drive adoption and long-term success. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure stable operations and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Align technical execution with project plans using tools such as Wrike or Monday . Partner with stakeholders across accounting, operations, and leadership teams on both client and internal sides. Stay current on NetSuite updates, industry trends, and implementation best practices.

Provide strategic recommendations to optimize system performance, scalability, and compliance. Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

Experience & Technical Expertise Proven, hands-on experience leading NetSuite implementations end-to-end . ERP CRM Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) experience is required.

Experience

supporting clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, and software . Professional Skills Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or Monday . Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook . Ability to work U. S. time zones is a must , supporting primarily U.

S.-based clients. Education (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. Background in accounting or finance is highly desirable. CPA certification is a plus, but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
