At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:The **Greenmile LatAm Coordinator role** will provide operational support to Sales and GTM teams to ensure real-time route management, with the aim of reducing deviations from the original route design. Responsible to follow up on the update of the tool and ABC cutomers. works with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of greenmile operational processes, offering support to market teams. Lead the Greenmile LatAm (PMF, PBF, CAMN, Chile, Uruguay, and Colombia) agenda by guaranteeing the OLAs and SLAs established with the market.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Guarantee end to end process is properly executed:- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution of requisition related issues.- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Post Mortems- Guarantee the right communication with stake holders for the Financial Administration.- Ensure end to end process to identify, escalatem resolve and report customer problems.- Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholdersQualifications:- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience- Strategic thinking and Results oriented- Talent Development, People oriented- Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)- Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Advance or Fluent English and Portuguese oral and written communication skills
