Responsibilities

The Opportunity

• The International CCO function drives Net Revenue growth by embedding and accelerating best-in-class commercial practices and capabilities across markets. It consists of two key teams:
• GTM, DX & Digital Commerce
• Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
• Role Overview: The Go-to-Market Away-from-Home (AFH) and Organize Trade (OT) Director will lead the go-to-market strategy for Anchor Markets focused on developing playbooks for building capabilities and best practice sharing while ensuring alignment with Business Units (BU) and Global Strategy & Transformation (S&T).

Your Impact

As AFH / OT Director your scope would consist of:

• Define the GTM strategy for AFH and OT in Anchor Markets.
• Lead the creation of playbooks that describe the elements of GTM Capabilities and best practices.
• Co-create the GTM Mosaics for each Anchor Market with a clear North Star for AFH.
• Lead the digital transformation of merchandisers in OT.
• Design the Customer Service capability (Including CPFR) for OT.
• Partner with Commercial Enablement to facilitate development and alignment of annual priorities and roadmaps for Anchor Markets.
• Participate in the development of High Impact Programs with Commercial Enablement, Anchor Markets and S&T/GCC teams.
• Create strategic recommendations to Anchor Markets on their GTM evolutions focusing on driving clear value.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, GTM, DX, channel development, digital platforms, e-Commerce or sales effectiveness in modern trade specifically and in general traditional trade.
• Significant strategy and planning skills are required.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence senior leaders and “manage up.”
• Highly analytical, with the ability to spot patterns and trends others may miss and translate them into business impact.
• Global mindset with cultural awareness, consultative approach, and a proactive “make it happen” attitude.
• Proven success driving digital and data-led transformation in commercial processes.
• Modest travel required (10-15%).
• Excellent level of written & spoken English.
