**Job Summary**We are hiring for a **Customer Service role** with a **hybrid work model** — a few days at the office and a few days working from home. **All equipment is provided.****Location**: Office based in **Mexico City.****Work Modality**: Hybrid (equipment provided)**Schedule**: Rotating shifts (**availability from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.**)**Daytime schedule of 8 hours from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.**You will support customers by resolving inquiries, assisting with account issues, and delivering **high-quality service** through various communication channels.
