Capable of managing a work team, controlling the budget and critical spare parts, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.**:**Responsibilities**:- **Ensure that processes meet established Safety, Quality and Productivity standards.**:- **Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents.**:- **Lead Maintenance Personnel for the implementation and monitoring of Preventive and Autonomous systems.**:- **Planning and execution of weekly, monthly, and annual corrective maintenance activities.**:- **Maintenance control of Plant Facilities.**:- **Maintenance development and review lists of equipment spare parts.**:- **Optimize resources, cost reduction or savings related to the process.**:**Requirements**:- **Engineering Career: Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic.**:- **Experience in metal mechanical processes, assembly and manufacturing.**:- **Machinery knowledge electro-mechanics automatic and semi-automatic: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Control, Failure Analysis.**:- **PLC.**:- **Robot Fanuc.**:- **Experience in Plant Facilities (Compressors, Chiller, HVAC, Water Treatment).**:- **Maintenance KPIs control (Downtime, MTTR and MTBF).**:- **Budget Control.**:- **Problem solving methodologies.**:- **Results orientation.**:- **Good attitude (customer service), teamwork oriented, ability to work under pressure.**:- **Focused on Continuous Improvement.**:- **Driving de Microsoft office.**:**Onsite Work Arrangement**:**This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.**:**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
