**We are looking for talent to join our team **Job Title: Quality Engineer**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually**Responsibilities**:- Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) throughout the organization.- Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.- Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non-conformance and customer complaints.- Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.- Create and update quality-related documents and control plans.- Participate in ISO 9001 QMS audits and prepare technical reports.- Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.- Assist in calibration schedules and prepare reports based on data analysis.- Improve process and material testing methods on the production floor.- Collaborate with teams to implement effective quality planning tools.- Train production staff on quality control procedures.- Manage non-conforming materials and perform inspections.- Conduct capability studies and establish process control plans.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant engineering field.- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.- Knowledge of quality control systems and automotive quality standards is a plus.Schedule: Monday to Sunday ( full availability - one day off per week)Location: Bedford Heights, OHBenefits: Medical Insurance, dental, vision.We offer a relocation bonus of 2,000.00 USD and hotel accommodation for 15 days.Join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering high-quality products and maintaining customer satisfaction.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $1,098,794.45 al añoHorario:- Diurno- Nocturno**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
