Objetivo del Puesto Licenciatura en Afín Experiencia Asegurar el bienestar e integridad de los colaboradores a cargo. Supervisar y monitorear las rutas de mercadeo en campo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas diarias de cobertura, entrega y cierre de la venta. Verificar la correcta ejecución de la foto de éxito (Planogramas) en el punto de venta. Supervisar el cierre efectivo de ventas conforme a promociones y condiciones comerciales. Asegurar una correcta gestión de la cobranza de pedidos entregados por los promotores de mercadeo. Supervisar la liquidación de ventas, devoluciones, soportes y valores en el centro de distribución. Realizar visitas de acompañamiento para formación y evaluación de los promotores de mercadeo en ruta. Analizar indicadores operativos y proponer mejoras continuas en rutas y desempeño comercial. Atender incidencias operativas y de clientes, resolviendo con autonomía dentro de las políticas. Asegurar el apego a secuencia óptima modelada en los recorridos diarios. #J-18808-Ljbffr
