That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society._- Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide._**Job Description**:The Accounting Analyst will be working with the LATAM Finance team.Will work to provide a high level of financial support to members of designated areas in all aspects of budget management, costing, year-end audit preparation and other special projects as required.**Qualifications**:**Education/experience**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting.- 5+ years’ experience_ _working in a similar position.- Experienced working with Mexican finance matters (experience in other LATAM countries is a plus).- Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).- Experienced using Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.- Fluent in Spanish and English.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Assist with the posting of journals into our accounting system.- Assist with the review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.- Assist with month end accounting and reporting- Assist with analysis and running reports from accounting system such as project reviews.- Assist with delivering intercompany process.- Ensure that invoices are issued and delivered to customers in a timely manner, including loading to client portals where necessary.- Review expense claims, returning them for correction if errors are discovered.- Collect expenses and invoices for approval, send to outsourcing and organize payment list.- Capture credit card, expense claims, purchase invoices and sales invoices into FMS.- Collate list of expenses and invoices for debit notes charged back to client.- Assist with updating other reports such as cashflow forecastAdditional Information- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
