1. Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical of Electronic, or equivalent2. Minimum 10 years working in manufacturing processes as Machining, Metal cutting tools, Welding, Mechanical Assembly, and Balancing is highly preferred3. Minimum 5 years management experience of a production / manufacturing team, with leadership and technical skills for production floor management and problem solving4. Experience and skills on keeping production floor discipline, High standards on 5Ss, follow safety rules, use of EPP, internal job procedures, conflict resolution, labor issues, etc.5. Knowledge and experience on supporting implementation and improvement of Environmental, health and safety systems. General knowledge of ISO 14001 and 450016. Good performance history on achieving KPI like, Safety incidents rate, OEE, scrap rates, scrap cost, tooling cost, on time delivery, down time rates, over time cost, etc.7. Excellent and assertive communication skills for motivation and coaching of salary, indirect and direct employees. Promote and lead teamwork within manufacturing area and with other departments8. Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and software for production planning, production control, inventories, process routing, cost structure, bill of materials, etc. like Plex, Oracle or similar9. Strong presentation, written and verbal skills, English minimum 90%. Ability to lead a team and work jointly across Local and Corporate departments and areas10. Experience on working with standards and procedures from engineering department, e.g. PFMEAS, Gap Analysis, PFD, Process Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Visual Aids and APQP related documentation11.
