We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams and are hiring a Regional BDR Team Manager to lead new inbound and outbound sales development teams. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs and maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline. Develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. Set and drive outbound and inbound sales goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets. Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. Collaborate across teams to create a high‑performance sales culture. Support team members’ career growth and readiness for senior sales and alliance positions. Qualifications Excellent academic record at school and university. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology. Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement - curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration skills. Leadership experience in one form or another.
