Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution. Role Overview We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy and a rigorous work ethic. The role requires organisation, persistence, analytical thinking, hard work, and a passion for learning new technologies and experimenting with new outbound approaches.
