**Medical Scientific Liaison****Reports to**:Marketing Manager**Job purpose**:Serves as a bridge between the pharmaceutical company and the healthcare community. Provides scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals, supports clinical research, and ensuring effective communication of scientific data. Plays a critical role in building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and ensures that the company’s products are used effectively and safely.**Responsibilities**- Provides in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge about the company’s products to healthcare professionals and internal teams.- Develops and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals to support the company’s scientific and clinical objectives.- Develops and delivers educational programs and presentations to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about the latest scientific data and clinical practices.- Communicates scientific data to healthcare professionals through presentations, publications, and other channels. Ensure that all communications are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.- Gathers and reports insights from the field, including feedback from healthcare professionals, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends in the therapeutic area.- Works closely with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of scientific and business strategies.- Ensures all activities comply with local and international regulatory requirements and company policies.- Supports clinical trials and research initiatives as needed, including identifying potential investigators and sites.**Required qualifications**:**Required education**:Master’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field. Degree in Medicine.**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a medical or scientific role within pharmaceutical industry.**Required knowledge and skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and the drug development process.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.- Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.- Ability to interpret and convey complex scientific data effectively.- Willingness to travel is required to meet with healthcare professionals and attend conferences.**IT knowledge and skills**: MS Office user knowledge and PC skills**Language skills**: English, Knowledge of the official language**Other requirements**: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the country.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Automóvil de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX
