**Key Responsibilities**:- Drive customer service team to ensure excellence trough on-time / in-full delivery, synchronized supply chain from customer service to operations, efficient and effective communication with key stakeholders.- Ensure order change demand trends to propose data driven solution- Manage customer escalations and propose strategy for effective resolution- Ensure highest service is provided to our customers, communicating proactively and managing on time deliveries.**Position Scope**:- Covers broad set of markets: Agriculture & Construction, Material Handling, Industrial Machinery, Commercial Electric Vehicles, etc.**Experience & Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required- 10+ years of experience leading customer service teams in manufacturing- 10+ years of experience navigating, leading and achieving high performance in highly complex and fast-moving environments**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:- Fully fluent in english and spanish- Robust customer-facing and effective communication at all levels- Exceptional problem-solving skills especially in difficult situations- Ability to ramp up quickly on new IT tools and processes- Mastery of Microsoft Office, knowledge of BPCS highly recommendedTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesEscolaridad:- Bachillerato terminado (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Posicion similar : 3 años (Obligatorio)- Customer Service: 10 años (Obligatorio)- arneses : 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English level advanced (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
