Identifies talent issues before they affect the business.- Participates in new-employee orientation and onboarding activities.Qualifications:- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and establish and maintain effective working relationships.- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks as well as ongoing projects.- Requires well-developed critical thinking, problem solving, analytics, customer service, interpersonal and influencing skills.- Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with managers and employees with varying backgrounds and cultures.- Manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information.- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.- Must be able to make fair, unbiased decisions and stay level headed in difficult situations.- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.- Must be able to quickly think of a problem through and make authoritative, autonomous decisions.- Must maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work with all levels of employees.- Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred.- 3+ years’ previous experience.Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
